Our ice cream cakes are not as fragile as they look and are deep frozen on collection so it’s just the same as buying regular frozen goods from your supermarket. Once taken out of the freezer the cake will sit quite happily for about half an hour to an hour depending on its size and the temperature of your room. Put your knife in hot water when you cut it and any you don’t finish in one sitting simply place in your freezer and enjoy later.
